Gwamile VOCTIM was founded in 1987 and was officially opened in 1988 under the auspices of the German Technical Cooperation (GTZ) in collaboration with the Swaziland Government. It has since become a fully Swaziland Government owned institution that has produced qualified individuals with specific skills and competencies at craft level over the years.
